Kelly Barker

Kelly Barker has worked for four companies over the past 25 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Quality Manager for MW Company. Prior to that, they were Production Manager for InStore Design Display from 2018-2021. From 2002-2018, they worked for Harley-Davidson Motor Company in roles such as KC-Project Team NT and Team Leader. Her responsibilities included safety, training, product & equipment development, project management, delivering presentations, process standardization, budget management, continuous improvement deployment, CAD Layout and supervising project teams. Before that, they were an Order Processor for Hallmark Cards from 1996-2002.

Kelly Barker attended Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
