James Bullen

National Account Manager at Instore

James joined Instore as a Performance Manager in 2013 after 6 years working with Smiths News. He was promoted to the role of National Account Manager in 2015 and manages various major accounts and large promotional programs. It’s a role with lots of responsibility, but he thrives on the challenge. James says he enjoys working at Instore because everyone he works with has the same passion to do their best and succeed together.

James says his most satisfying achievements include being part of the project team that integrated a major new client including the adoption of handheld technology and full-field training. The second is setting up the new Auditing Service of Instore working with one of the largest retailers in the UK.
