Maggie MacDougall

Maggie started as a temp for a week and ended up staying for twenty years, give or take a few months, and diversions into motherhood! She particularly enjoys that each day is different and that they consistently review, challenge and find solutions with the focus always on quality service and how to do the best for their clients and their teams. She has been involved in managing many end-to-end key projects over the years, from new technology launches to consultations and restructuring as well as being part of a team that delivers daily targets. Maggie says they are large enough to deliver national major accounts but small enough to be personal, pro-active and flexible – just don’t offer her an iced gem!
