Allison Phillips M.Ed is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in educational and counseling settings. Currently serving as a Virtual Cognitive Behavioral Coach at InStride Health since April 2023, Allison supports individuals ages 7-22 facing challenges with anxiety and OCD. Previous roles include long-term substitute middle school counselor at Sanborn Regional Middle School and Portsmouth Middle School, as well as a life coach at Succession Life Coaching. Notably, Allison co-directed a Montessori aftercare program at The Cornerstone School, where collaboration with parents and team leadership in summer camp activities were key responsibilities.
