Robin Gridley

Robin Gridley serves as Vice President of Operations & Enablement at InStride since January 2023. Previously, Robin held the position of Senior Vice President of Client Success & Account Management at Comparably from March 2021 to November 2022. A substantial tenure at Cornerstone OnDemand spanned over a decade, where Robin advanced to AVP of Client Sales, significantly contributing to company growth and team success during a transformative era, leading to $750 million in global revenue. Earlier roles included Executive Director at FrontierView, Vice President of Business Development at GLG, and various leadership positions at LRN and Baker & Taylor, focusing on strategic sales and marketing initiatives that consistently drove revenue growth. Robin holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Pepperdine University.
