Steve Green

Steve Green is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, organizational leadership, and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Client Success at InStride since December 2022, Steve previously held significant roles at The Decurion Corporation, including Vice President of People and Organization and Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, Steve worked at McKinsey & Company as a Manager of Learning and Professional Development and as a Strategy, Operations and Organizational Consultant. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs and as a Diplomatic Officer for the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Steve holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an LL.B (Hons) in International Law from the University of Canterbury.
