Carla Seeger

Carla Seeger is an experienced educational professional specializing in mathematics content development and instruction. Currently serving as Senior Content Lead for Math at Instruction Partners since August 2019 and as a Content Developer and Math Coach for the National Math and Science Initiative since March 2020, Seeger facilitates courses and develops professional development experiences for middle grade math teachers. Previous roles include Recruitment Selection Manager at TNTP, Teaching Fellow at Teach Like a Champion, and various positions at Achievement First, where Seeger contributed as a 6th grade math teacher, Academic Dean, and Director of Staff Recruitment. Additionally, Seeger has experience as an adjunct instructor at both Relay Graduate School of Education and UKA Teacher U, and has worked as an SBAC Item Writer at Measurement Incorporated. Seeger holds a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management and Economic Development from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Miami.
