Melissa Frascella-Chipman

Melissa Frascella-Chipman is an accomplished educator and leader specializing in mathematics and dance instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Math Programs at Instruction Partners, Melissa has held various roles in mathematics education, including Associate Director of Instructional Support and Math Content Lead. Prior experience includes co-chairing the Math Department at Boston Collegiate Charter School and teaching mathematics and dance at multiple institutions. With a strong background in coaching and professional development, Melissa has contributed significantly to improving math instruction in Boston and has actively led dance classes and choreographed performances at the North Reading School of Ballet and other dance centers. Melissa holds dual degrees in Mathematics and Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
