Prior experience includes roles such as Instructional Coach and Interim Principal at ILM Academy, Manager of Corps Resources at Teach for America, and Mathematics Consultant at Project GRAD Atlanta. Najla began a teaching career at Atlanta Public Schools from July 2001 to July 2003. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Spelman College, an M.Ed. in Education from Georgia State University, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgia College & State University.
