Thomas H. is a seasoned professional in business systems and operational management, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Systems at Instruction Partners since January 2017. Previously, Thomas held multiple roles at Achievement First, including Student Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing student databases, overseeing facilities management, coordinating school-wide testing, and implementing data-driven reporting practices. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA, achieving outstanding accreditation scores, and managing camp operations for over 1,000 children. Thomas also contributed to education as a certified middle childhood teacher with Teach For America, focusing on math and science in underserved communities. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
