Jennifer Ward has extensive experience in the education field, spanning over 20 years. Jennifer began their career as a Teacher with Arlington ISD in 2001 and later transitioned to the role of Instructional Coach. In 2013, Jennifer joined Grand Prairie ISD, where they held positions as an Instructional Coach and an Elementary Math/Science Strategist. During their time at Grand Prairie ISD, they contributed to improving instructional practices and provided support to teachers in the areas of math and science. In 2021, Jennifer became an Educational Consultant at Learning Sciences International, where they worked closely with educators to enhance their teaching strategies. Currently, they are working as a Faculty Coach/Task Assigned- Content at Instructional Empowerment, where they continue to empower educators and improve instructional outcomes.
