Kim S. Harris

Kim S. Harris serves as the Director of Instructional Leadership Solutions at Instructional Empowerment since October 2022, and has been a District Lead Consultant and School Leader Coach at Learning Sciences International since December 2013. With a strong focus on developing educational leaders, Kim Harris enhances leadership effectiveness and instructional strategies to benefit both educators and students. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Content and Staff Developer at Educational Leaders Consulting Group, LLC from October 2013 to December 2019, where Kim Harris provided professional development and coaching for school leadership. Prior experience also includes the role of Secondary School Principal at Cleveland Metropolitan School District from August 2007 to July 2013, emphasizing instructional leadership and teacher growth. Kim S. Harris holds both a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science from Cleveland State University.
