Maria Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maria recently transitioned to Instructional Empowerment as an Operations Manager, joining the staff from Learning Sciences International (LSI). Maria'srole at Instructional Empowerment focuses on empowering K-12 students to achieve grade level proficiency and upward mobility to prepare them for the real world. Prior to this, Maria worked at Learning Sciences International as an Operations Manager. Maria also has experience as an Operations Manager at Echelon Medical Capital, where they provided specialized financial products to medical providers and attorneys. Maria has also worked at EducationDynamics as a Sales Operations Supervisor, overseeing data analytics, report monitoring, and a company-wide migration. Before that, they served as a Manager in the Lead Processing and Brokering Division at Peachtree Settlement Funding, handling account management and facilitating Life Settlement transactions. Maria also worked as a Case Manager at Peachtree Settlement Funding. Maria's earlier roles include Senior Account Manager at Expanded Mortgage / Home Loan Corp, where they managed a team and served as primary support for the Sales team, and Account Manager at BNC Mortgage, where they trained the Processing staff and managed client pipelines.
Maria Thomas attended Belmont Abbey College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
