Alisa Ebert

Alisa Ebert, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Global HR Business Partnership at Instructure, a position held since February 2022, after previously working as a Senior Global People Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Brighton Recovery Center, where Alisa established the HR role for a rapidly growing company and successfully increased staff by 37%. Alisa's background also encompasses roles in utilization review and patient care within the healthcare sector, including positions as Authorization Team Lead at Elevated Billing Solutions and a licensed substance abuse counselor at Taylorsville Comprehensive Treatment Center.
