Amanda Franklin

Amanda Franklin has extensive experience in accounts receivable and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Accounts Receivable Manager at Instructure since November 2022, Amanda previously held several positions within LKQ Corporation Keystone Automotive, including Accounts Receivables Collections Analyst, where responsibilities included researching and resolving past due collections while nurturing relationships with customers and internal teams. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Folsom State Prison as an Office Technician for Mental Health, providing executive support and managing administrative tasks. Additional experience includes roles in marketing management, purchasing coordination, sales, and operations at various companies, as well as a background in event coordination. Amanda holds education credentials from UC Santa Barbara and Sacramento City College.
