Brittany Aponte

Brittany Aponte is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in account management, professional development, and instructional technology. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Instructure since December 2022, Brittany previously held various roles at Newsela, including Research Associate, Professional Learning Manager, and Learning and Engagement Manager from June 2019 to December 2022. In these capacities, Brittany focused on implementing research to enhance product offerings and developed tailored professional development plans for K-12 school districts. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Technology Facilitator and Elementary School Teacher with Broward County Public Schools from 2012 to 2019. Brittany holds a Doctor of Education in School Improvement from the University of West Georgia, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on technology from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a Bachelor’s in Special Education and Teaching from Broward College.
