Connie Khoo

Connie Khoo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue enablement, customer experience, and education. Currently serving as an APAC Revenue Enablement Specialist at Instructure since November 2019, Connie creates and executes enablement programs for Global Customer Operations teams in the APAC region. Prior roles at Instructure included CX Enablement Specialist and Senior Learning Consultant, where Connie developed training curricula and delivered workshops to enhance institutional use of Instructure products. Previous experience includes working as a journalist for Diversity Arts Australia, teaching English across various organizations in Central Europe, and serving as an Events Manager and Team Leader at MASH Marketing Australia Ltd. Connie also held positions at Philips as an Assistant Marketing Manager and at SHL as an Account Management Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of International Studies from UNSW and a year-long exchange program in International Law and Anthropology at the University of Amsterdam.
