Jay Getto

Jay Getto serves as the Vice President of People Success at Instructure since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jay held several leadership positions in human resources, including Vice President of Human Resources at Axia Women's Health from March 2017 to January 2022, and Vice President of Human Resources at CareCloud from October 2014 to March 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Epocrates, an athenahealth service, from December 2010 to October 2014, and Director of Human Resources at Elsevier from September 2002 to December 2010. Jay began a career in human resources as Director at Real Enterprise Solutions from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
