Kshiitija Dand

Kshiitija (Prachii) Dand has extensive experience in technical support and software implementation across various roles in multiple companies. Currently serving as Supervisor for Product Support Digitary at Instructure since February 2024, Kshiitija's prior roles include Supervisor and Technical Support Team Lead at Parchment, as well as Senior Technical Support Engineer at Digitary. Kshiitija's expertise encompasses end-to-end software implementation, requirement analysis, system integration testing, and customer support, with a strong focus on providing 24/7 international support and maintaining service level agreements. Earlier experience includes software testing at iChip Solutions and a System Engineer position at Infosys. Kshiitija holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Walchand Institute Of Technology, Solapur.
