Matt Kaminer has extensive experience in the legal field, having held various leadership roles in companies such as Instructure, Collective, Epocrates, MediMedia USA, WebMD, Fulbright & Jaworski, and DLA Piper. Matt has a JD in Law from The George Washington University Law School and a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University. Throughout their career, Matt has been involved in managing legal affairs, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, and strategic agreements. Matt has successfully led multiple IPOs and played a crucial role in navigating M&A transactions.
