Rachel Parkinson

Rachel Parkinson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and constituent affairs. Currently serving as the Communications and Public Relations Manager at Instructure since October 2021, Rachel previously held the same title at Get Bridge from March 2020 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Rachel worked as a Senior Congressional Constituent Affairs representative for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2018 to April 2021, and served as the Capitol Program Manager for HR at the State of Utah from September 2014 to March 2018. Rachel holds a degree from the University of Utah, completed between 1998 and 2002.
