Ryo Sakai

Ryo Sakai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management across various industries. Currently serving as International Senior Manager for Customer Success at Instructure since August 2017, Ryo has held multiple managerial roles focused on enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency in the APAC and EMEA regions. Prior to Instructure, Ryo worked at WFS and Workplace Systems, where responsibilities included managing support teams, implementing customer solutions, and achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction metrics. Ryo's career began at First Data Corporation, where leadership roles were undertaken in helpdesk operations. Ryo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Sydney.
