Grace Moore is an accomplished strategy lead with extensive experience in strategic planning, product development, and user research. Since August 2020, Grace has served as a Strategy Lead at Instrument, following roles as Senior Strategist and Strategist. Prior experience includes positions at R/GA as an Experience Strategist and Experience Strategy Apprentice, where strategic frameworks were developed to align creative teams with user and business objectives. As a Product Manager at OXO, Grace drafted guidelines for insight-led product development and facilitated a user research study. Additional roles at the University of Pennsylvania as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, TYTHEdesign as Design Strategist, Small Fry as Interim Chief Marketing Officer, and communications-related roles at Hot Bread Kitchen and Envirosell highlight a strong background in communication, marketing, and market research. Grace holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Anthropology from Dickinson College.
