Isaac Watson

Isaac Watson is a creative project leader with a strong background in brand, marketing, and campaign work. With experience as a Senior Producer at Instrument since 2024, Isaac excels in managing complex projects while fostering supportive team environments. Previously, they owned and operated Kickass Conferences from 2013 to 2024, producing over 50 events for diverse clients and honing skills in strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. Isaac began their career as a Web & Print Project Manager at the Pacific Northwest College of Art from 2010 to 2013, where they organized programs and managed fundraising campaigns. They earned a degree in Graphic Design from Portland State University in 2008.
