Joseph Harvey

Joseph Harvey has extensive experience in production scheduling and account management. Currently serving as a Production Scheduler at InstruTech, Inc. since October 2018, Joseph is responsible for creating a Production Planning Table that aligns production capacity with sales forecasts and opportunities. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at IBM from June 2011 to October 2017, first as an Account Relationship Manager, where expert guidance was provided to Service Desk teams for complex issue resolution and training sessions were developed to enhance technical skills. Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert at IBM, Joseph supported customer service teams by improving the handling of complex inquiries and developing training programs to enhance representatives' skills and communication techniques.
