Mark Pare

Mark Pare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and medical education across the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement & Professional Education at Instylla since October 2025, Mark has previously held leadership roles in organizations such as BioProtect, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, focusing on medical education, sales training, and commercial excellence. With a solid foundation in sales management and training, including director positions in operations and clinical education, Mark has demonstrated expertise in enhancing training and development programs. Mark holds a BS in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University and a BS in English/Communications/Journalism from North Adams State College.
