Thomas Ljungqvist

Thomas Ljungqvist is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and investment management. Currently serving as Group CFO at Insula AS since June 2025, Ljungqvist previously held key positions at Orkla Group, including CEO of Orkla Financial Investments and CFO of Orkla Consumer & Financial Investments, where responsibilities encompassed investor relations and venture initiatives. Ljungqvist has also contributed as a board member for several organizations, including Kotipizza Group Oyj and Your.MD, and has been involved in significant ventures such as Jotun AS and Sapa. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with advanced studies from Columbia Business School and IMD.
