Dave Badong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the insurance and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Branch Head at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. since 2021, Dave has previously held leadership roles such as Business Unit Head at Manulife Philippines, Unit Manager at AXA Philippines, and Channel Head at SHEA MIRA CORPORATION. Dave also founded Dreamworks Pharmaceutical Distributor, overseeing overall operations and implementing sales analytics to enhance business performance. Earlier career highlights include serving as District Manager and Professional Healthcare Representative at Novartis, along with a role as Medical Sales Representative at Zuellig Pharma.
