Sansan Pecson

Sansan Pecson, CHRME, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. since October 2022. Prior experience includes HR Consultant at Gabryn Consulting, focusing on Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Management, Executive Search, and Culture from July 2019 to September 2022. Previous roles also include Vice President of Human Resources at Rockwell Land Corporation and HR Director at WeGen Energy (formerly Merica Energy). Sansan led HR initiatives as President and Managing Director at Chelsea-Matthews Talentsource from December 2013 to July 2015, and held various positions in talent management and training at Hewlett-Packard and Procter & Gamble, contributing significantly to leadership development and organizational improvement.
