Montserrat B. has extensive work experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning and production control. Montserrat started their career as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at AdvanceWare, Inc. in 1999. Montserrat then moved on to Pelican Products, Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Programmer/Business Analyst, Sales & Operations Planner, and WW Demand Supply Planning Manager. In these positions, they developed and implemented demand-supply planning strategies, forecasted global sales, and determined inventory levels to ensure excellent customer service.

In 2012, Montserrat joined TOMS as a Demand Planning Manager, leading a team of planners and analysts in developing and implementing demand-supply planning strategies. Montserrat also supported optimal inventory levels for promotional campaigns and e-commerce marketing strategies.

Montserrat later worked at Advanced Bionics as the Demand and Production Control Planning Manager, responsible for managing demand planning and production control activities.

Montserrat then joined Ventura Foods as the Demand Planning Manager, before moving on to American Woodmark, where they held the roles of Director - Project Planning and Director Supply Chain Management.

Most recently, in 2021, they joined INSULECTRO as the Director of Supply Chain Management & Customer Service.

Montserrat B. completed an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from California State University, Fullerton in 2006. Montserrat also earned an Inventory Control Certificate in Supply Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills, studying from 2003 to 2005.
