Norm Berry

Norm Berry has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Norm started their career as a Lab Technician at Teradyne Connection Systems in 1979. In 1981, they became the Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Hercules Chemical Co. Norm then joined Polyclad Laminates in 1987 as the Director of Sales, where they successfully grew sales from $87MM to $274MM. In 1997, they became the General Manager at Midlantic NE before joining Insulectro in 1999 as the Director of Laminates and OEM Marketing. In this role, Norm managed sales, marketing, and product offerings, as well as consulted and presented new PWB material options. Norm's experience spans multiple industries and demonstrates their expertise in sales and leadership.

Norm Berry attended Southern New Hampshire University from 1979 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Chemical Marketing at the same institution, although the specific duration of this program is unknown.
