Tim Redfern

Tim Redfern is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, currently serving as President at Insulectro Printed Electronics since January 2019, after a long tenure at INSULECTRO beginning in August 1992. Redfern held various leadership roles, including President and CEO from 2003 to 2016, and COO, overseeing all corporate functions and leading sales and operational organizations focused on advanced engineered electronic materials. Previous roles included leadership positions at Isola Group and LCOA, where Redfern successfully led significant acquisitions and operational integrations. Active in professional organizations, Redfern has also contributed to the Young Presidents' Organization, serving as Chapter Chairman. Redfern holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
