Ankush Chakrabarty is a highly accomplished engineer and researcher currently serving as a Principal Engineer for Advanced Algorithms at Insulet Corporation since November 2025. With a significant involvement in the IEEE as a Senior Member since October 2019, Ankush has previously held key roles at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories, where responsibilities included Principal Research Scientist, Research Scientist, and Visiting Research Scientist from February 2018 to November 2025. A postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University from April 2016 to February 2018, Ankush focused on machine learning and control for biomedical systems. Ankush obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University, completing studies in February 2016, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Jadavpur University in 2011.
