Elizabeth Weatherman

Elizabeth Weatherman has served on the Board of Directors since February 2022. She has been a Special Limited Partner of Warburg Pincus since January 2016. Ms. Weatherman joined Warburg Pincus in 1988 and led the firm’s Healthcare Group from 2008 to 2015 and was previously a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. Ms. Weatherman currently serves as a director of Nevro Corporation, Silk Road Medical, Inc., and Vapotherm, Inc., all of which are publicly traded medical device companies, and she was previously a board member of Wright Medical Group, N.V. She serves as a trustee of Stanford University and as a trustee and chair of the Investment Committee of Mount Holyoke College. Ms. Weatherman earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. With her extensive healthcare investment knowledge, as well as her experience on the boards of other public medical device companies, Ms. Weatherman offers strong strategic and governance perspectives.
