Eric Globerman

Eric Globerman has extensive work experience in sales management and leadership roles. Eric began their career at Stryker Orthopaedics as a Sales Representative, where they achieved exceptional results and received recognition for their leadership skills. After that, they joined Johnson & Johnson, where they held various positions, including Sales Representative/Field Sales Trainer, Professional Education Manager, and Division Sales Manager. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they played a key role in transforming professional education and maximizing physician education through the use of e-technology and simulation. Eric also worked at Smith & Nephew Gynecology as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for achieving sales quotas and managing sales talent. Later, Eric served as a Regional Sales Manager at Salix Pharmaceuticals, overseeing a GI specialty sales force. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Counsyl, leading a sales team and expanding the market for DNA testing and genetic counseling. Currently, Eric is the Director of Global Sales Insights at Insulet Corporation, where they are responsible for developing insights to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue.

Eric Globerman received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland from 1995 to 1999. Eric also attended the University of Maryland Fire & Rescue Institute, College for Fire Science/Firefighting. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems and various firefighting certifications from the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute.
