Jr Tremblay

JR Tremblay serves as Director and Senior Counsel for Regulatory and Clinical matters at Insulet Corporation since March 2021, leading global randomized clinical trials and reviewing extensive medical device advertising materials. Previously, JR Tremblay held the position of Senior Counsel at SOPHiA GENETICS, where significant achievements included establishing the legal function for the American subsidiary and addressing compliance issues. JR Tremblay also contributed as Counsel, executing acquisitions and negotiating critical agreements, and was Corporate Counsel for Pharmalab Inc., implementing privacy policies and establishing a subsidiary in Germany. JR Tremblay's legal career began with a focus on litigation at Municonseil avocats inc., and early experiences include a legal internship with UNDP and a student role at the Department of Justice of Canada. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Ottawa and specialized training in pharmaceutical and medical device law.
