Ken Tango

Ken Tango is a seasoned User Experience Designer, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Insulet Corporation since September 2025 and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Tufts University since January 2024, where Ken teaches courses on human factors and UX design. With a freelance background as a User Experience Design Principal at Ken Tango Design from April 2009 to June 2025, Ken has collaborated with various clients to enhance user satisfaction through effective UX solutions. Previous roles include UX leadership positions at BP3 Global, SumTotal Systems, Dell EMC, WebEx, Avid Technology, IBM, and bx.com, demonstrating a strong history in improving user experiences across a range of products and services. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Illustration from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, a Certificate in Human Computer Interaction from Tufts University, and a Certificate in Business from Bentley University.
