Kristina Jessup

Kristina Jessup is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition contractor for the International division at Insulet Corporation since April 2024, focusing on search and selection for new market entry. Previously, Kristina held roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from May 2022 to January 2024, managing talent acquisition for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Australia, and Europe, particularly in Cell and Gene therapy. Kristina led the Talent Acquisition function at ecover + method | People Against Dirty from September 2021 to May 2022, hiring across Europe up to the Senior Director level. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior International Talent Acquisition Partner at Walgreens Boots Alliance from July 2017 to September 2021, and as a Senior Talent & HR Partner at Beazley from July 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included hiring for senior roles and providing HR guidance. Kristina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and completed a Sourcing Masterclass in 2020.
