Liz Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and service management across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North America, and AsiaPac. Currently serving as Vice President of International Customer Care at Insulet Corporation since April 2018, Liz has progressed through senior roles focused on enhancing customer service operations. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Director at Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Solutions Companies, where Liz developed a global customer service strategy and managed contact center vendors to ensure superior performance. Earlier roles at LifeScan, also part of Johnson & Johnson, involved leading customer care strategies for the EMEA region and directing the UK and Ireland customer care team. Liz holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.
