Charles Brochu

Charles Brochu, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Insum, where responsibilities include strategic management and organizational development, as well as overseeing financial, administrative, and legal activities. Previously, Charles was the Director of Operations at Fondation du Dr Julien, focusing on organizational recovery and sustainability. Other notable roles include consulting in strategy and development, managing finances and resources at AMQ, and developing business solutions at Groupe Encore. As a co-founder and Vice President at Calico, Charles played a key role in business development and partnership negotiations.
