Ana Sobrino Serrano has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Business Development. Ana began their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant and Office Manager at Randstad. In 2000, they joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Talent Manager in Human Capital. Ana held this role until 2008, when they moved to Escuela Europea de Coaching as a Business Development Manager, Project Talent Manager, Trainer, and Coach. In 2014, they returned to Randstad as a Senior Consultant for HR, Finance, and Engineering Positions. In 2015, they joined Antal International as an HR Solutions Manager. In 2016, they joined AXA as a Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, and Employer Branding Manager. Finally, in 2021 they joined insurama as the Chief People Officer - SP, IT, MEX, PT.

Ana Sobrino Serrano completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Law+ Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo between 1990 and 1995. Ana then obtained a GESCO Master in Marketing Director from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 1995 and 1996. In 2008, they earned an Executive and Team Coaching Certificated from Escuela Europea de Coaching and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the same institution in 2010. In 2011, they completed a Practitioner, Master & Trainer en PNL from NLP Business Institute. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agile People Fundamentals HR (ICP-AHR) from Agile People in 2021, PPA from Thomas International in 2019, Certificate in MBTI STEP I & STEP 2 from Myers-Briggs Instructor in 2013, Certificate Team Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2010, and Certificate FIRO B & MBTI Step I and Step Ii from OPP unlucking Potential in 2008.
