Eric Zell

Eric Zell currently serves as a Total Loss Customer Care Associate at IAA, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Refurbishment Lead at GameStop from February 2020 to February 2021 and as a Claims Adjuster at WORLEY from January 2018 to February 2020. Eric began a career in the insurance adjusting field as a Training Manager at Quality Assurance Adjusting Services, Inc. from October 2017 to January 2018, prior to working as an Independent Adjuster at WORLEY from May 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, Eric contributed to Dickies® as a Lead from October 2007 to May 2014. Eric is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix.
