Shawn Caswell

Shawn Caswell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager at IAA since April 2018, Shawn has previously held positions such as Manager of Product Development and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at MedSpeed from December 2001 to October 2017, where Shawn excelled as IT Director, overseeing high-level architecture design and the development of internal data management and mobile scanning software. Responsibilities included assessing new technologies, managing projects and customer engagements, and establishing best practices. With a strong track record of delivering positive outcomes in high-stress situations, Shawn also gained valuable skills as the sole network administrator, systems administrator, and SQL DBA during the first decade of employment at MedSpeed. Shawn holds a degree from the University of Phoenix.
