Mona Nasturas has extensive experience in customer relations and management, currently serving as Manager in the President’s Office at the Insurance Bureau of Canada since January 2018. Prior to this role, Mona held several positions at TD from April 2002 to 2018, including Manager of Outreach & Education in the Ombudsman's Office, where responsibilities included identifying customer issues and improving complaint processes. Mona also led a team addressing level 2 escalations and executive complaints, acted as a relationship manager advocating for customer interests, and developed communication strategies for government and industry relations. Education includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Translations from York University and a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Seneca Polytechnic.
