From 2004 to 2008, they attended the Academia de Studii Economice din București, completing their undergraduate degree in Economic Statistics and Cybernetics. Andrei continued their studies at the same institution, earning a Master's Degree in Risk Management and Actuarial Science from 2008 to 2010. Their pursuit of knowledge led him to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economic Cybernetics from 2009 to 2013 at Academia de Studii Economice din București. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in June 2007.
