Heather Widler

Heather Widler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather'smost recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer at Insurance Care Direct, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Entratus from May 2023 onwards. Previously, Heather served as the Health Policy and Public Information Officer at the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance | GFS Consultant Group from August 2015 to August 2019. Before that, they were the Managing Director at the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation from February 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as the India Program Coordinator at Journeys of the Heart Adoption Services from December 2010 to December 2012. Heather also held various roles, including Office Manager, Marketing Manager, and Insurance Agent, at State Farm Agent from October 2001 to November 2010. Heather started their career as a Training and Development Specialist in Risk Management at the New Mexico State Government from August 2008 to March 2009.

Heather Widler obtained an Associate's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Central New Mexico Community College in 2013. In 2001, they also obtained a Property, Casualty, Life, Health Insurance Agent License from the Department of Insurance in Arizona, New Mexico, and Oregon. Additionally, Heather obtained further certifications including User Experience Analyst from Nielsen Norman Group in April 2016, and an Insurance Agent - Property & Casualty, Life, Health license in 2001 from Arizona, Oregon, and New Mexico.
