Simon Drexler

Simon Drexler is an experienced learning and program specialist with a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Manager of Learning Design and Execution at ICBC since February 2021, Simon previously held roles including Learning Analyst at ICBC and Business Analyst at WorkSafeBC. Notably, Simon contributed as a Senior Program Specialist at Mitacs, where responsibility included organizing over 350 professional development workshops for more than 7,000 participants and fostering relationships with university partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
