Richard Girdler

Richard Girdler is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, currently serving as a Partner at Insurance Group Of America LLC since February 2021. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits at HUB International from January 2016 to February 2021, and before that, served as VP Brokerage and Tennessee Sales Lead at Cowan Benefit Services from July 1996 to December 2015. Richard's early career includes roles as Director of Commercial Products at Access MedPlus/Tennessee Managed Care Network (1994-1996) and in Group Sales at State Mutual (1984-1995). Richard Girdler is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and holds a BBA in Finance from Auburn University.
