Butch Hayes had a long and successful work experience. butch started their career in 1981 at Windsor Group as VP of Marketing, a role they held until 2004. butch then joined Omni Insurance as a Sales Manager from 2004 to 2008. After that, they worked at Insurance House as a VP of Sales from 2008 until their retirement in 2016.
Butch Hayes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1969 to 1973.

In 1979 this company was formed and began offering personal lines insurance products to independent retail agents through Insurance House. In 2005 Insurance House was proud to acquire the Managing General Agency and Wholesale Insurance Broker, Deering and Associates, located in Durham, North Carolina. Similar to Insurance House, Deering and Associates had a long history of service to the independent retail agent. In 2006 Insurance House acquired the Managing General Agency and Wholesale Insurance Broker, LE Harris Agency, in Maryland, further expanding our footprint into the Mid-Atlantic states.
