Dawn Manko, SPHR

Dawn Manko, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dawn currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Insurance House, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AMERICAN INDEPENDENT COMPANIES, INC from November 2021 to May 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources. Before that, they held various roles in the company including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from July 2021 to December 2021, Human Resources Director from July 2020 to July 2021, and Senior Human Resources Generalist from December 2006 to July 2020. Their earlier experience includes working at Hartford Omni Insurance as a Performance Consultant from September 2004 to December 2006 and as an Auto Bodily Injury Adjuster from June 2001 to September 2004.

Dawn Manko, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Dawn attended the university from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Project+ from CompTIA, which they obtained in March 2016, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in January 2020.
